- Responsibilities:
• CRM, Database and Studio Maintenance & Training
• Trouble shooting on software & hardware
• Upgrade and Improve Retail Operations workflow & manual
• Able to do front end web development and work with back end developers and designers
• Customer Service Management & Recovery
Requirements:
• IT Diploma / Graduates are welcome
• Preferably to have knowledge in, IP, Hosting, Servers, HTML5 / CSS3
• Full time position
• Able to speak Mandarin to Chinese speaking clients
Working place : 5 mins walk from Machperson MRT 5 days week
