Job Description

In the context of team expansion, NEURONES-IT Asia is currently looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team.

This position focuses on ensuring the timely resolution of member and customer issues/ requests for one of our global account in the hospitality industry.

  • Represent the client Company in a professional manner as a frontline staff
  • Handle, resolve and process all membership enquiries through first call resolution
  • Respond to requests on technical assistance for applications
  • Advise customers on appropriate course of actions
  • Work as a team with internal and external co-workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (mandarin)
  • Prior experience providing outstanding customer service in hospitality (any positions) is required
  • Knowledge of the daily life of a hotel (operational exploitation, reporting, check-in/check-out, billing, automated payment systems, gaps management, use plan, availability, reservation…)
  • Excellent, professional customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills and have the desire to follow a problem through to resolution
  • Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office
