We are a boutique Search Firm. Our clients are leading financial institutions and private banks. We specialize in helping our clients in recruiting private bankers and senior executives.
== Job Scope ==
The person will work closely with a Principal Consultant and a Senior Research Associate. Job scope will include:
* Assist consultant/senior research associate in research activities for the current and potential assignments
* Assess candidate interest in exploring new career opportunities; Indicate the interest to the consultant in charge of the assignment
* Engage on market mapping exercise within the assigned specialization area; Create or update market mapping materials based on the exercise
* Be in n tune with the news and updates within the wealth management industry to increase research effectiveness
* Provide administrative assistance to consultant/senior research associate
== Job Requirements ==
Ideal candidate should be someone from a business management or human resource educational background (advanced diploma and above). In additiona, candidate must have these soft skill sets:
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Thorough and meticulous in executing research activities
Executive
* Professionalism in interacting with potential candidates
* Maintain positive attitudes in times of difficulties
* Effective in using public information to complete research work
