 Your time in NBCUniversal will involve:

• Assist with campus recruitment events, campus talks etc.
• Plan and assist with company’s health and well-being efforts
• Liaise with 3rd-party vendor on administering employment pass applications and status
• Participate in ad-hoc benefits improvement project
• Be the expert in our leave management system, supporting employees with their enquiries.

Requirements:

• Excellent organization, administration, adaptability and flexibility to take on new tasks
• Independent, detail oriented with exceptional prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Natural flair for creativity and good technical aptitude to learn new systems
• Confident contributor with strong interpersonal skills, high energy levels and a positive attitude, mature and most of all, a good sense of humor!
