- Job Scope
- Process customer billing & collection on a daily basis
- Call/follow-up and recommend on overdue accounts on daily collections
- Attend to customer enquiries and resolve billing disputes
- Assist monthly AR reconciliation
- Process Credit/Debit note as required
- Process staff claims and prepare expenses analysis
- Support in ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office and CRM systems
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Good working attitude, meticulous and high integrity
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with commitment and eager to learn
