Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Hotline)

3 months contract (subject to further extension)

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are to:

Handle phone-in general, billing and technical queries
Assist with documentation for customers where required
Provide timely resolutions and to follow up with customers on request statuses and progress

Qualifications

Tenure: 3 months contract (subject to further extension)

Job Requirements

For 3 months Temp (GCE O /A Levels/Diploma) Fresh school leavers with relevant part time experience will be considered

Excellent customer service skills.
Independent and Self-Driven.
Able to work overtime and shifts including weekends (where applicable)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
