Internship with MUFG
MUFG Fund Services is looking for motivated individual for an internship within our Compliance team.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist in the preparation and documentation for yearly audit for all funds
-Perform investors' compliance (AML and KYC Due Diligence) checks
-Coordinate with accountant on new investors' compliance check
-Assist with adhoc projects/duties assigned
COMPETENCIES
-Able to work within departments in a professional environment
-Capacity to work with independence and have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
-Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English and/or Mandarin.
-Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm. (Flexible working hours maybe considered if required)
