Job Description: The operations intern will assist the operations and project team to ensure day to day operations are running efficiently and to assist in all fitting out, Addition and Alterations (A&A) works and facilities management of building facilities.
• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Maintain proper record of document flow and filing system.
• Assist in preparation of procurement documents, purchase orders, etc
• To update and track all fitting out / A&A works progress
• Assist in site inspections
• Site work Co-ordination of in-house resource and/or external vendors for projects and building facilities issues
• Ensure all work orders and rectification works by in house resource or external vendors are completed within schedule..
