Job Description
Roles of a GEW Community Engagement Ambassador
  1. Engaging Partners & Sponsors
  2. Engaging suppliers, vendors and designers
  3. Engaging PR newsroom
  4. Engaging Entrepreneurs Ambassador
  5. Engaging public
  6. Answers ad-hoc queries about GEW

Engaging Partners & Sponsors

  1. Communicate with Partners & Sponsors.
  2. Negotiate deals with both parties.
  3. Provide marketing support and be accountable to partners & sponsors.
  4. Answer queries.
  5. Confirming sequence of events with partners.

Engaging Suppliers, Vendors & Designers

  1. Communicate with Shirt, printing, suppliers & vendors.
  2. Negotiate deals for lowest price.
  3. Align expectations with designers.
  4. Answer queries.
  5. Ensure items are of high-quality.

Engaging PR newsroom

  1. 1)Collate a list of reporters and media outlets.
  2. 2)Write an article monthly about GEWSG.
  3. 3)Send the article to Newsroom for it to be published.



Engaging Entrepreneurs Ambassador

  1. 1)Reach out to local entrepreneurs to feature them on our website.
  2. 2)Spread awareness of this movement via the ambassador’s network.


Engaging Public

  1. 1)Via webpage, Facebook, Twitter.
  2. 2)Update site regularly. Share interesting entrepreneurship information online.
