Mondo Vantaggio is a multi-label luxury boutique. We carry only the biggest global fashion brands, such as LV, Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Givenchy and many more. Our boutique is located at Furama Riverfront Hotel and it is befittingly designed to be grand and lavish.

Opened in March this year, our company has lofty ambitions and a considerable budget set aside to expand fast and take the local luxury market by storm with the most competitive prices in town. Job Description

Customer Service Executive

With our e-commerce about to commence operations, we will require a full-time customer service executive to help us to communicate with our customers.

  • Handle phone calls and emails with regards to sales.
  • Familiarize yourself with products so that you can adequately entertain customer enquiries.
  • Follow up with customers on queries, requests and complaints on a timely basis to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Manage customer interaction on social media.
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Fluent in English. Chinese, Malay and other languages is a huge bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused mentality
