Job Description
Supporting the regional talent director and a part of the human resource function, you are tasked with mission critical delivery of internal consulting engagements and optimizing talent systems for business leaders and human resource directors.
You will
- gain business consulting experiences in global brand consultancy
- work regionally across Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific
- use a blend of logic, computing, organizational psychology, qualitative assessment to deliver business results
You are
- a Penultimate university student majoring in Computer Science or information Sytems with an interest in people and business
- a Programmer – Boolean, MS Excel, database & trouble shooting wizard, you also create plug-ins and applications for silo legacy systems
- an Evangelist – you enjoy creating interactive user trainings, manuals and trouble shooting legacy systems for remote users.
- an aspirant Business Consultant with an innate interest in organizations, business ecosystems, cultures and tribes
