Job Description

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Quantitative Market Research

(Contract)


The Opportunity

You are curious about consumer behaviour and passionate in developing a career in brand and communication insights. In return, you will be mentored by the brightest talent in the industry to prepare you in making a meaningful impact on clients’ brands. Your success depends on having a “can-do” attitude to build the foundation from scratch and courage to welcome the challenge.

The Role

Specifically, you will:

  • Demonstrate the knowledge of MB tools, philosophies and techniques and apply appropriately to the design, analysis and interpretation of research projects to deliver meaningful insights (specifically in relation to pre-testing, brand tracking, equity and media measurement)
  • Provide accurate analyses, data checks, write, check and craft reports and presentation to ensure deliverables meet the needs of the senior team
  • Translate data into insightful charts and deliverables with clear implications that will help clients make better marketing decisions
  • Coordinate and monitor accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork and data provision from relevant departments
  • Apply basic level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, deliverables and analysis conducted for them


The Talent

You have at least a degree in any discipline (preferably business or marketing related).

You are:

  1. Analytical | keen to learn how to turn numbers into compelling insights
  2. Organised | juggle multiple projects to ensure timely client delivery  
  3. Detail oriented | with a keen eye for the minutiae
  4. Passionate | demonstrate your enthusiasm in developing a career in brand and communication research


This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility to be converted to a full-time employment with us.
