INTERN
Qualitative Market Research
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. In addition, you will learn on the job the basic skills of market research in Firefly Client Service department under close supervision from manager and senior team members.
Specifically, you will:
• Provide support to senior team members of Client Service department
• Act as a liaison between the Client and MB on project-related issues to ensure that their needs are satisfied
• Assist in client projects; including, but not limited to, design of topic and interview guides, involvement in focus groups/ in-depth interviews and other qualitative approaches questionnaire, liaison with Project Management and Client Service Support departments, interpretation and development of recommendations, and preparation of presentations of findings
• Gain an understanding of individual job costs, and monitor job costs throughout the project
• Draft and attend business pitches/ proposals with senior team members
THE TALENT
Besides possessing strong analytical skills and organizational skills, the successful applicant shall be an effective team player with an eye for details.
In particular, you shall have/be:
• A tertiary undergraduate in any discipline; preferably Marketing and Psychology
• Strong interest in marketing research knowledge
• Exceptional project management skills
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in English and any Asian language skills (imperative)
• High proficiency in computer skills
