THE OPPORTUNITY
You will assist the Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific (AMAP) HR team in regional HR projects such as training and development and HR Information System.
Specifically, you will:
• Ensure that the regional training records are updated regularly
• Provide periodic training reports for management analysis
• Participate in the global HRIS project at pre- and implementation stage
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager
THE TALENT
Besides possessing strong organizational skills, the successful applicant shall be an effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In particular, you shall have/be:
• a tertiary undergraduate in any discipline
• Good track record in extra-curriculum activities
• Passionate in developing HR knowledge
• Fluency in English
• High proficiency in computer skills
This internship is offered from August till December 2011 but you must commit for at least 3 months commencing from August 2011. Current students, who are starting academic term in August 2011 but have the flexibility to commit for at least 3 full working days per week, would be considered as well.
