THE OPPORTUNITY

You will assist the South East Asia (SEA) HR team in regional HR projects such as Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Specifically, you will:

• Participate in the global HRIS project at pre- and implementation stage

• Co-ordinate CSR initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity project

• Assist the manager in other ad-hoc HR initiatives

THE TALENT

Besides possessing strong organizational skills and a keen eye for details, the successful applicant shall be an effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In particular, you shall have/be:

• a tertiary undergraduate in any discipline

• Good track record in extra-curriculum activities

• Passionate in developing HR knowledge

• Fluency in English

• High proficiency in computer skills

This internship is offered from September till December 2011/January 2012. Current students, who are starting academic term in 2011 but have the flexibility to commit for at least 3 full working days per week, would be considered as well.
