Responsibilities:
- Develop good quality software server, web, or mobile systems – including considerations for testability, scalability, reliability, internationalization, support and operations requirements
- Have fun working in collaboration with a cross-functional team of product managers, user experience designers, engineers, and QA
- Recommend best practices and improvements to existing systems and processes
- Writing specific, concise, and relevant software documentation
Requirements:
- Currently persuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Good knowledge in one of the following: PHP, Java, J2ME, Android
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- Working knowledge of version control systems
- Knowledge in the following areas desired: networking, databases, distributed systems, iPhone/Android/Blackberry development, test automation
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency with cross platform development
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment on really interesting problems
- A good sense of humor
