Job Description: We are now looking for another administrator to join our administration team. Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support • Filing • Reception duties • Scanning and photocopying • Data entry • Contacting clients and prospects regarding various ongoing matters Requirements: • Fresh graduates or current students from any discipline are welcome to apply. Singaporeans or PR only. • Have good written and spoken English skills, be a team player, and have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic. • Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint • Ability to work independently • Previous office experience preferred, however training will be provided • Candidates with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills. Position could be full or part time depending on the candidate. 3-6 month position with view to long term.
