Job Description

We are looking for an intern that is passionate about entrepreneurship, has a humble attitude towards learning, providing great service and obtaining practical work experience on the ground operations. During their course of internship, he/she will learn to assist the front desk team on daily operations as well as customer relations. They will ensure that new directives are properly communicated and executed by working with their direct managers. MetroResidences Singapore needs an individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, enjoys interacting with people and has a pleasant demeanour.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with front desk team to find learnings from real life situations to set and improve metric-based goals; consistently drive teams towards higher performance and quality expectations
  • Check in and check out of international guests, answering customer enquires through designated channels and scheduling/auditing of quality of housekeeping done by MetroResidences’ cleaners
  • Work with in-charge to spearhead Customer Experience Enhancement Project with measurable results over a designated time period

Skills, Competencies and Must-haves:

  • Class 3A driving license
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Comfortable with online channels to commuincate with guests
  • Proactive mindset in finding ways to enhance procedures and systems
  • Quick thinking to implement solutions to problems
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to accept challenges and propose feasible solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills to work within a close knitted team setting, as well as interacting with international guests
