Metro Residences – Business Development Intern

We are looking for 4 cheerful interns highly driven with good interpersonal and communication skill to join for the the summer. Interns would be able to experience what is like to work in an energy fueled startup environment and get their hands dirty in various aspect of the business.

Sales & Finance Intern

• Assist to generate new leads for the sales team through social media targeting, direct sales and telesales.

• Identify new sales channels that will require our apartment

• Assist Finance team to track overall profitability of each apartment

Asset Growth Intern

• Assist to grow the number of apartment supply in our current portfolio through meeting Asset owners.

• Setup and style new apartments (some sweat involved)

• Develop new process to streamline current workflow and asset owner relation.

Front Desk & Marketing Intern

• Assist the Front Desk team to conduct check-in and check-out of our guest

• Conduct apartment inspection and cleaning audit

• Assist to setup and monitor our guest review system

• Assist with our social media marketing campaign.

Criteria:

• Welcome all hardworking and good attitude interns above 18 years old

• Commit minimum 3 month start immediate

• Able to commute to our apartments by public transport

• Flexible with weekend shift - 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.
