Job Description: Merger Agency is a boutique M&A advisory and consultancy firm based in Singapore. We specialise in deal negotiation for SMEs. We are well connected to industry players and our affliates are well-known global venture capital networks with offices in New York, London and major Asian cities.

Even as an Intern, you will be exposed to real transactions and are given the responsibilities equavalent to that of an anlyst. At the end of your internship, you will be well armed with a working knowledge of how the investment banking industry works.

=====Job Scope=====

the intern will be working under the mentorship of a senior associate of the firm and he/she will be involved with the following duties:

-generation of pitchbook and other marketing materials

-involved in preparation of internal valuation and information memos

-participate in our origination and execution process, with the possibility of being brought to client meetings if he/she performs

=====Job Requirements====

-accounting or business students prefers, other majors welcome to apply

-prior corporate finance knowledge a plus

-adept in MS office, powerpoint and excel is essential

-self-motivated individuals who are resilient towards long working hours

-only interns who can commit to the entire duration of Summer (at least 12 weeks) need apply
