Most of its products are obtained directly from manufacturers such as LG, Bosch, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Hitachi, Toshiba, Phillips and Samsung. Besides cash and carry business, MDS also provides delivery and installation with its own delivery team.
Job Description
- Handle and process reconciliation of customers’ refunds and attend to customers’ queries pertaining to refunds
- Handle and reconcile daily revenue collections from internal and external collection agents
- Prepare daily and month-end journals
- Maintain records of archived documents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Work starts from 11.30am to 7.30pm or 12pm to 8pm
