We are a new practice with small office located in a major private hospital. Our doctors are specialists medical and dental practitioners dealing with surgical conditions of the head, face, mouth and neck. Patients are treated both in the in patient and out patient setting.

Responsibilities and learning:

Telephone answering skills

Handle healthy patients with queries, admissions, medications

Assisting the doctor with minor procedures, oral surgeries

Assisting the clinic manager with stocks inventory, ordering with pharmaceutical companies, dental companies

Assisting preparation of clinic, sterilisation procedures, manipulation of dental materials, preparation of patients for surgery

Dental, Medical and Pharmacy students will benefit from experience of running a practice, doctors very keen to teach interested students

Requirements:

Female with pleasant disposition

Students with good command of English (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and other languages an asset)

Students studying locally are ideal; students from all disciplines/ walks of life welcome as well

Mon to Fri (8.30 to 5.30 pm) and Saturday (8.30am to 1 pm) with over time occasional
