- Job Description
The activities the analyst will be involved in include, but are not limited to, the following:
(i) Evaluating and underwriting properties for potential investment;
(ii) Reviewing asset management reports on the performance of the firm’s investments;
(iii) Evaluating recommendations provided by third-party asset managers or consultants regarding existing investments;
(iv) Conducting research activities regarding supply and demand trends, current market rents, and recent sale transactions;
(v) Conducting site inspections; and
(vi) Preparing Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation materials.
