Job Description
Public Relations Internship at MAX PUBLIC RELATIONS.
Healthcare and Corporate for full-service independent public relations consultancy, providing high-calibre quality and service to MNC clients based in Singapore.
We are seeking highly-motivated individuals for an internship position starting in February 2012
Your job role would include:
- Media Monitoring
- Materials Development: writing of media materials (e.g. news releases, backgrounders, preparation of anticipated question & answers, etc), speeches, assist with monthly report (e.g. coverage summaries)
- Assistance at media events: e.g. preparation of media kits, media registration
- Follow up with media after releases/media kits are issued
- Arranging for dispatch and courier services
- Desk Research and reports
- Participation in brainstorms for team and other groups
- Media list updating
- Client meetings
- Media Relations
- Presentation skills
- Internal Training
- Real-life skills learnings and practice
- New business participation
- Any other tasks assigned by team
