- Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager with the execution of all aspects of the project from inception to closeout including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and reports.
- Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and ensure accuracy of project deliverables.
- Prepare and submit summary of project progress and pending issues to the Project Manager.
- Set up and coordinate internal meetings and conference calls; develop agendas; prepare presentations, write and distribute meeting notes.
- Complete project paperwork and coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Any other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player, as well as independent in managing tasks
- Assist the Project Manager with the execution of all aspects of the project from inception to closeout including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and reports.
