• Assist the Project Manager with the execution of all aspects of the project from inception to closeout including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and reports.
• Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and ensure accuracy of project deliverables.
• Prepare and submit summary of project progress and pending issues to the Project Manager.
• Set up and coordinate internal meetings and conference calls; develop agendas; prepare presentations, write and distribute meeting notes.
• Complete project paperwork and coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective dissemination of information.
• Any other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, as well as independent in managing tasks
