Your dive into the role begins and ends daily through on-the-job training.
 Possibility to convert to full time role upon finishing.

The person will be responsible to General Manager and be involved with the followings:

• meet and liaise with directors to assist on their requirements;



• work with sales executives to support in preparation of MSDS, PDS or other sales support document;



• sales & marketing development of new business unit;



• may liaise with customer service executive in issuing invoices and ensuring timely delivery to clients;

• manage communications between internal and client/agency/vendors;



• assist in SAP programme implementation project;



• any adhoc duties that might be assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

You are an independent and proactive individual with Science/ Engineering Background.

Preferably on progress to get Diploma/ Bachelor degree.

Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin.

You are articulate both in your speech and your writing abilities.

You are a multi-tasker and you manage your time efficiently

You have knowledge and experience in MS Office.
