M.I.C.E Global is an international business intelligence company organizing business meetings, workshops, conferences and exhibitions. They are seeking an inventive, enthusiastic and opinionated individual to source, liaise and negotiate with expert trainers on training collaboration.

On project basis, you'll be assisting with the workshop production in the supervision and the training and development of staff to meet operational requirements. From pitching techniques to the inner workings of production such as negotiating with expert trainers on training collaboration, you will acquire the skills and practical tools necessary to succeed in this industry.

Your Task
Produce workshops within a specified time frame.
Conduct market research on topic feasibility.
Source, liaise and negotiate with expert trainers on training collaboration.
Assist Sales department to resolve any event challenges.
May be required to travel to facilitate event operations
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
3 to 5 years track record in workshop production (Experience in producing Maritime/ Shipping / Energy events will be preferred).
A self-starter who can generate ideas, see needs before they arise and make suggestions before others do.
