LVMH Fragrance and Cosmetic consists of 10 different brands, of which some are major historic Houses such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain and young brands with strong potential like Benefit Cosmetics, Fresh and Make Up For Ever.

Providing support for the HR Department:

• Search and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Provide support for reference / background checks
• Provide support for new hire paperwork, including creating new files
• HRIS-system information entry
• Collate related hiring and exit data for analysis

To participate and assist in various HR Projects:

• Employee handbook review
• Creation of induction & orientation program

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate program in the University, preferably from Business Schools, major in HR is an added advantage
• Competency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good English communication skill in oral and writing
• Dedicated and Ability to treat confidential data in an appropriate manner
• Display positive and keen learning attitudes
• Good interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability
