Job Description
Providing support for the HR Department:
- Search and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Provide support for reference / background checks
- Provide support for new hire paperwork, including creating new files
- HRIS-system information entry
- Collate related hiring and exit data for analysis
To participate and assist in various HR Projects:
- Employee handbook review
- Creation of induction & orientation program
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate program in the University, preferably from Business Schools, major in HR is an added advantage
- Competency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good English communication skill in oral and writing
- Dedicated and Ability to treat confidential data in an appropriate manner
- Display positive and keen learning attitudes
- Good interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability
