Job Description
Lumitron is a well-established & expanding SME1000 lighting company with more than 30 years specializing in projects & distribution of Lighting fixtures, LED lightings & components. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking responsible and hardworking individuals with positive work attitude to join our organization for the long run.
Job Scope:
The person will be responsible for:
- Generating invoices
- Preparation of Quotes and Purchase orders for our sales team
- Liaising with overseas suppliers on order deliveries
- Liaising with freight forwarders on shipment deliveries
- Co-ordinate between suppliers/forwarders and sales team/logistics team to ensure ontime delivery of goods to clients.
Job Requirements:
Students from the field of Business Administration may apply.
We are looking for an independent, responsible individual with initiative to support our team. He/She should have the following qualities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to ask questions and take iniative to problem solve
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
