· Prepare import/export documentations
· To assist in all operational paperwork (Eg. Cert of Origin, Inward/Outward permit, Packing List, Bill of lading, cargo inspection cert)
· Arrange clearance from port to warehouse
· Liaise with forwarders/carriers for import-export shipments
· Assist in proper filing of shipping documents
· Updating of stocks for goods received
· Custom declaration of shipments
· Monitor shipments & deliveries
· Responsible, positive attitude and able to work independently
· Able to commit for at least 3 months (May – August 2014)
· Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
· Able to start work asap
· Hardworking & Meticulous
· Reports to the Shipping Manager
