Description:
Louis Finch is a start-up company that aims to streamline the recruitment process for large energy companies.
This is an internship position based in Singapore and we are open to students with no prior work experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Building working relationships with existing and new clients.
• Acquire new clients.
• Build candidate database.
• Manage the entire recruitment process acting as a liaison between both parties.
• Advise clients on streamlining their HR departments; craft more efficient payrolling and compensation and benefits structure, help them maximise their training and development teams, enhance their employee relations, advise on how to tackle redundancies and dismissals fairly.
Requirements:
• Strong command of the English Language. Good writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fast and Independent learner.
• Punctual and hard working.
• A competitive attitude, and hunger to excel.
• Good positive attitude, energetic, and can work with minimal supervision.
