Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for users in Singapore
- Day-to-day IT administration and creation of new user access on Windows log-in, corporate emails via MS Office, and the mapping of shared folders/printers
- Perform routine server monitoring and ensure daily server logs are recorded
- Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorised software
- Perform regular backup and maintenance of client’s network and hardware infrastructure
- Provide remote support when necessary
- Provide day-to-day support to user’s queries and performance resolution issues on Point-of-Sales system
- Facilitate and support end-users’ change management process, network administration, hardware/software installation
- Provide advice to end-users on the maximization of technology efficiency, as well as reviewing and improving work processes
- Responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, enhancement and operations of IT applications
- Manage project vendors and ensure key deliverables are delivered timely by vendors
- Diploma/NITEC in Computer Engineering/Information Technology related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT support with good fundamentals in desktop support
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN & Server management (Windows Server 2008/2012)
- Candidates with keen interest in applications development and project management are encouraged to apply
