Littleton Management Pte Ltd – Intern/Junior Executive

We are seeking a highly organised, switched on and personable individual to support our two International Directors.  This is a challenging role requiring the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times.  You are well presented, confident and able to work on your own initiative. You are also energetic, diligent and extremely reliable.  

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad array of administrative duties such as organising travel itineraries, making appointments, preparing payment vouchers. 

• Improve efficiency in existing operations by improving and streamlining existing filing and data systems.

• Any clerical and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, especially in English. 

• Basic computer skills. You must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Languages

English (written and spoken).

Salary

$2000 per month. Possibility of a 25% uplift in salary after 6 months based on performance.

Full time, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), 9.30-6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Start date

Immediate start and commitment required for at least 3 months.
