LittleLives is a Singapore based startup that develops powerful technology to run preschools better. Our SaaS was ranked Top Preschool Software by the Association for Early Childhood Educators (Singapore) – AECES. We are also developing apps that will delight teachers, parents and children. With over 400 local childcare centres and kindergartens using its services, LittleLives is setting its sights on the global market to spread the LittleLives Dream: ‘Love Educators. Connect Schools. Modernise Education.’
You will mostly be customer facing.
When Rainmakers (Business Development team) close a new preschool, you will
help to provide a comprehensive step-by-step training of all our functions. Not
only that, you will also suggest ways for principals, teachers and
administrators to introduce LittleLives to the parents and children. Sometimes,
our users will require refresher training. Everyday you will be watch for email
enquiries like a hawk and fly to their rescue when parents or teachers need
assistance. Lastly you will keep track of our contracts and administrative
filing.
As you are our first contact on the ground, your feedback is valuable to the
product team in relaying our users’ needs. Every Thursday when we roll out
improvements, you will also be eagle-eyed to help iron out any bugs.
