Job Description
Little Diner is a New York, Lower East Side concept based restaurant. Our chef has been in New York for the past 15 years as an executive chef, and also setting up restaurants and running the kitchen and bar.
As an intern, you will get to work with our executive chef, restaurant manager and learn from their vast experience on what restaurant operations are like, how to run a restaurant and how to cope with daily problems.

The person will be working with the Executive chef and Restaurant Manager and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:
• Marketing planning
• Workers Scheduling
• Daily operations
• Product Procurement

Students from the field of Hospitality may apply.
We are looking for an individual who is able to work well in a team, willing to learn what is from his or her mentors' vast experience:
• Highly communicative and pleasant personality
• Self-motivated individual with their own initiative
