Management Program
1) Inventory Management - Determine when to make orders from Suppliers
2) Sandwich Prep - Learning how to make sandwich
3) Barista - Understanding Coffee and serving coffee to customers
4) Equipments - Assist with store equipments ensuring that inventory is lean and efficient
5) Scheduling of Man Power - Ensure that store has enough Man to operate
6) Research and Development - Learning about costing of products.
7) Quality - Ensure quality is great!
8) Customer service - Integrate a friendly environment
9) Continuous Improvement. - Eliminating waste and improving current work system.
10) Cashier- Ensuring that the opening and closing balance are accounted for
11) Securing the premesis by ensuring the store is locked up daily and opening on time.
12)Making PowerPoint Slides and presentations to shareholders.
13) Trouble shoot problems in various outlets
14) Consulting in other Lindo Food related F&B joint
15) Overseeing overseas Lindo Capital F&B development
