Lian Huat is Singapore's leading furniture rental company. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their decades-old business.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be handling data entry, book-keeping, accounts and administrative support and co-ordination to the accounts team! Needless to say, your work will allow you to be close to beautiful furniture and we are only curious about how nice your soon-to-be office will be like!
Your Task
General office administration and reception duties, such as data entry for documents, book-keeping of finances and filing.
Keeping of accounts on sales and expenses of the company, which will require meticulousness and responsibility.
Provide administrative support and co-ordination to accounts team, such as keeping track of scheduled meetings, meeting agendas and monthly deadlines.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum ITE Higher Nitec in Accounting and 1 year of relevant working experience
Good computer skills
Knowledge of Quickbooks will be advantageous
Able to start work immediately or on short notice period
Ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
