- Job Description
The selected individual will be tasked to assist the Technical Support Manager in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide pre-sales and /or post sales technical support to customers
- Support the regional sales team with technical data compilation, tender submissions and other technical related information required.
- Prepare and timely submit field service and other technical reports
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer related technical or quality issues
- Conducts training sessions as required
- Manage properly the warehouse stocks with accordance to operations manual
- Required to travel at short notice locally and overseas to provide technical support to sales and customers
- Assist the Technical Support Manager in all tasks assigned
OTHERS:- 5-day work week
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas
- Company transport provided from and to Joo Koon MRT
