Junior Technical Assistance
Job scope:
Handles incoming calls & walk-in customer regards to technical issue.
Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding technical issue.
Assist in quality control for incoming product.
Collect information, determine its remaining and make improvement.
A basic electronic skill is required.
Requirements:
Min. ITE/ “O” Level and above.
Self-motivated and willing to learn more.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to start work within short notice is preferred.
Willing to work on a 5.5 days’ work week & participant event on weekend.
Singaporean Citizens, SPR & Malaysian are welcome.

Working Hours: 5.5 days
