Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketplace Operations, you will be responsible for:

·Analysing and monitoring seller KPIs (including lead time, cancellations, customer satisfaction, returns, product quality, etc)

·Conduct root cause analysis when seller performance fluctuate. Build up the knowledge base, i.e. the correlation between root cause and KPI fluctuation.

·Visit sellers as and when necessary, to address seller’s issues and make recommendation for process changes, etc. to help seller improve performance

·Giving feedback to Key Account Managers, as well as Ops teams about the performance of the sellers, analysis of most common issues and development of next steps to solve them

·Understand the current system’ capabilities and limitations, continuous improvement for systems and processes

·Feedback to and work with other department to improve overall Marketplace operations

·Support of other Marketplace Ops topics and projects as and when requested


In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

·Min diploma in Business, Supply Chain management or  Industrial Engineering, Degree holder preferred

·1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment / project coordination / ecommerce operations

·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

·Excellent ability to work in a regional team

·Project management skills

·Good knowledge in Microsoft excel

·Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines

·Results driven & customer focused attitude

·Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus to liaise with associates
