- Monitoring, tracking and prompt following up on of shipment status with forwarders and countries
- Preparing and reviewing shipping documents and coordinating shipment arrangement with forwarders and suppliers
- Maintaining and updating shipment status on the trackers
- Maintaining inbound good receipts in our systems, both internally and externally
- Any other ad hoc duties and assignments, which shall from time to time be assigned to you
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- self-motivation and a high sense of responsibility
- ability to work independently and within tight deadlines
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
