Job Description
About the job
The candidate will be part of the regional HR team based in the SEA HQ in Singapore. Main tasks:
- Support the day to day recruitment activities: Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Post job descriptions on job boards, universities, associations etc and tracking posting status and results.
- Presenting candidates to the management team, supporting the whole process from interviewing to offer negotiation and search close out.
- Any other HR and administrative related duties
as assigned
Background
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
- 1+ years of work experience in Human Resources (preferably recruiting).
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently with close attention to detail. Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong analytical/numerical ability.
- Strong computer skills – Excel and preferably PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- The ideal candidate is highly energetic, self-motivated, hard-working, and should have the desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
