- proactively identifying fraud trends that may materially impact business goals and targets
- utilizing internal and external data to identify at risk populations and creating strategy to minimize fraud exposure
- developing analytical methods to assess customer and revenue impact of internal and external fraud prevention strategies and rules
- liaising with each operating country to review and monitor current dispute and chargeback processes and policies
- ensuring that new strategy or changes to existing strategy are operationally feasible and properly communicated
- optimizing existing fraud systems to archive optimal acceptance rate while keeping fraud under control
- periodic reporting to the management
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics and analyses
- problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- ability to effectively deal with both corporate management and the general workforce
- strong judgment skills to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales, and quality of output
- excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills
- strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills
- excellent skills in Excel - Macro and VBA preferred
