Responsibilities
- Passionate about customer's experience.
- Listens to feedback and responding appropriately.
- Engaging directly with users, assisting with calls and queries.
- Handle day to day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Able to work independently.
- Patient, love to engage with customers and genuinely wants to help solve customers’ problems.
- Pleasant character with a positive attitude.
- Good grasp of spoken and written English.
