- Job Description
Responsibilities
· Assist in developing technical marketing and technical customer communication and documentation.
· Draw up illustrations and elaborate descriptions such that it is easy and clear for customers’ understanding.
· Assist in putting a system, process, template or methodology to help advance the technical communication such that it improves the customer experience and efficient learning of Lantiq’s products and solution.
· Some level of editorial work in English.
· Structure the documentation of a Lantiq solution.
· Prepare slides and illustrations of marketing/technical material.
Experience / Knowledge
Currently studying for Master program Prior working experience in similar nature will be an added advantage A good command in English and a passion for writing and communication. Familiarity of MS words and Powerpoint.
