- Providing prompt and excellent customer service while preparing and concocting beverages
- Daily and month end management of bar inventory, ensuring cost effectiveness
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to Guests
- Active participation in the effective promotion of beverage items, working with Restaurant Manager towards achieving targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Meals provided
- Ability to prepare, mix, create and dispense a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, draft beers, wine, coffee/tea
