- Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive (Commercial Renovation / East / Up To $5k)
Job DescriptionQualifications
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects
- Work closely with sales to manage profit margin by price comparison and managing operating cost
- Constantly supervise, control and coordinate works according to Project Plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
- Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings to ensure high quality standard work of subcontractors and on time delivery of materials as according to schedule and design specification.
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
- Work closely with sales team, designers, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
- At least a diploma education Interior Design, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial interior design projects
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Good in communication, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
- Good in project documentation
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude and a good team player
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to work WEE hours for retail NIGHT on-site supervision
