We are a franchised tuition centre located at the East of Singapore, next to MRT station. We offer tuition programmes for primary and secondary students.
Responsibilities:
1. Process student applications
2. Administration and information management
3. Attend to telephone and customer inquiries
4. Process Student Payments and issue receipts
5. Preparing weekly report and monitoring of students
6. Consolidate & edit teaching materials
Requirements:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on 2 weekends and 3 weekdays
• Strong PC knowledge especially with Microsoft Words/EXCEL/Powerpoints
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Education, Customer Service or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience
• Full-Time position available.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Only Singaporeans / Singapore PR should apply
